It’s estimated that 1.8 million children are trafficked every year, the vast majority of whom are girls. It’s a silent epidemic, deeply rooted in societies where globalisation, poverty, political instability and conflict are present. It’s happening on a global scale, and is often hidden behind false promises of employment and the opportunity of a better future.

Which is why we would love your help fundraising for this year’s Christmas Appeal to help Stop Child Trafficking!
Hi, we are five mums running two small food businesses here in Perth, Western Australia. Nicole and Emma have Little Miss Organic, which sells organic cupboard & pantry items as well as other health and home products. Jen, Judy, and Niyousha are the ladies behind There’s a Beetroot in My Cake, creating healthy whole food recipes for kids and their families.
2020 has been an incredibly challenging year on so many levels. For us, we have taken it as an opportunity to really look at our lives and reflect upon what is existentially important. We are passionate about health and, in particular, children’s wellbeing so we would like to give back this holiday season and support a charity with subjects close to our heart.
PLAN International works with communities and governments to support children’s rights, and particularly those of girls. They help empower girls, give humanitarian aid, and fight for children’s rights in crises. Their aim: a better now for her, a better future for everyone.

This Christmas, we will be donating $5 from every sale of our books to PLAN International and we are appealing to you to donate whatever you can to this incredible cause. Together we can help Plan International to create a better world for our children.
